今年(nian)8月底,吉林省(sheng)總工(gong)會(hui)命名了20個(ge)“吉林省(sheng)示范性勞(lao)模和工(gong)匠人才(cai)創新工(gong)作室”,吳宏立創新工(gong)作室榜上(shang)有名。

刻苦學習提技能

潛心鉆研克難關

目前,國(guo)內(nei)外珩(heng)磨頭大(da)都(dou)是利(li)用(yong)皮圈(quan)或(huo)彈簧(huang)套在油(you)石座凹(ao)槽(cao)內(nei)的(de),利(li)用(yong)彈性力驅使膨(peng)(peng)脹的(de)油(you)石回縮(suo)。操作工(gong)在利(li)用(yong)該珩(heng)磨頭加工(gong)主缸孔(kong)時(shi)經常出(chu)現問(wen)題(ti),內(nei)孔(kong)珩(heng)磨后(hou)油(you)石不(bu)回縮(suo),取下(xia)工(gong)件時(shi)內(nei)孔(kong)留下(xia)油(you)石劃痕或(huo)拉(la)傷(shang)孔(kong)壁,每(mei)年(nian)都(dou)出(chu)現不(bu)同程度的(de)廢(fei)品(pin)損失,這些難(nan)(nan)題(ti)困擾企業多年(nian)。吳(wu)宏立知難(nan)(nan)而上,對珩(heng)磨工(gong)藝難(nan)(nan)點(dian)進行攻關。他利(li)用(yong)CATIA設計軟件獨(du)自(zi)發(fa)明設計了鋸(ju)齒(chi)滑(hua)動(dong)式(shi)自(zi)動(dong)伸縮(suo)珩(heng)磨頭,這種(zhong)珩(heng)磨頭是利(li)用(yong)齒(chi)形結構(gou)嚙合滑(hua)動(dong),膨(peng)(peng)脹回縮(suo)靈敏(min)度高(gao),解決企業、行業珩(heng)磨加工(gong)難(nan)(nan)題(ti),為企業每(mei)年(nian)因(yin)質量問(wen)題(ti)減少索(suo)賠(pei)10萬余(yu)元,該珩(heng)磨頭獲專利(li)授權,屬于國(guo)內(nei)外首創,填補空白。

他(ta)所在分廠的(de)每(mei)條生產(chan)線都是利用(yong)(yong)兩(liang)臺(tai)(tai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中心使(shi)用(yong)(yong)普(pu)通(tong)夾(jia)具(ju)(ju)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)主缸體,由(you)于夾(jia)具(ju)(ju)在性(xing)能(neng)方面(mian)(mian)無法實(shi)(shi)現(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件翻轉(zhuan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)另一面(mian)(mian),需要(yao)多次裝夾(jia)才能(neng)完成,影(ying)響(xiang)產(chan)品質量(liang),生產(chan)效(xiao)率低,操作(zuo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)勞動(dong)強度(du)大,他(ta)所在的(de)企(qi)業計劃對(dui)這些設備改造(zao)(zao)升級,但(dan)因設備較多,投(tou)資(zi)較大,一直沒(mei)有實(shi)(shi)施(shi)。2014年,面(mian)(mian)對(dui)這種普(pu)通(tong)夾(jia)具(ju)(ju)、落(luo)后工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,吳(wu)宏立(li)充滿著(zhu)一種強烈的(de)欲望,一定要(yao)改變現(xian)狀。他(ta)絞盡腦汁在電腦軟(ruan)件上勾畫著(zhu),不知經歷(li)了多少個不眠之夜,成功(gong)的(de)設計出多工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)位翻轉(zhuan)夾(jia)具(ju)(ju),填補國(guo)內外空(kong)白(bai),獲(huo)發(fa)明專利授權。2018年,吳(wu)宏立(li)深入(ru)調(diao)研(yan),尋(xun)求翻轉(zhuan)夾(jia)具(ju)(ju)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao),國(guo)內多家液壓缸制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)商均表示難度(du)大,無法實(shi)(shi)現(xian)。他(ta)與當地一家機械制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)公司(si)開展合作(zuo),在技術方面(mian)(mian)給予支(zhi)持,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝方面(mian)(mian)進行指導,制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)出翻轉(zhuan)夾(jia)具(ju)(ju),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)專利轉(zhuan)化,可通(tong)過程序M指令控制(zhi),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件在夾(jia)具(ju)(ju)中自(zi)動(dong)翻轉(zhuan),完成多道(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),解決困擾企(qi)業二十余年工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝落(luo)后難題,達到(dao)世界(jie)先進水平,現(xian)已推廣應用(yong)(yong)。兩(liang)臺(tai)(tai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中心工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序合并到(dao)一臺(tai)(tai)上加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),優化工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,節省(sheng)一臺(tai)(tai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中心,每(mei)件加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)間(jian)由(you)原來(lai)的(de)2m43s 縮短(duan)到(dao)2m13s,創造(zao)(zao)經濟效(xiao)益72萬元(yuan)。

技能創新結碩果

企業投產的(de)柱塞式(shi)主缸(gang)體,是國內(nei)新型助力(li)器(qi)主缸(gang)。該產品結構(gou)復雜,精度要求(qiu)較高(gao),在數控(kong)車床上加工一年有余(yu),生(sheng)產效(xiao)率依(yi)然(ran)很低(di),每班只(zhi)能生(sheng)產50多件。吳宏立通過對(dui)定心鉆、鉸刀(dao)(dao)、內(nei)孔槽(cao)刀(dao)(dao)刀(dao)(dao)具材料、結構(gou)和加工方法的(de)改進,解決企業生(sheng)產瓶(ping)頸難題,提(ti)高(gao)生(sheng)產效(xiao)率50%,達到行業領先水平,累計多生(sheng)產柱塞式(shi)主缸(gang)體8.5萬余(yu)件,創造效(xiao)益170萬余(yu)元(yuan)。

為(wei)(wei)增加(jia)(jia)經濟效(xiao)(xiao)益,企業(ye)承(cheng)攬了(le)(le)汽車(che)(che)(che)轉向(xiang)柱管產(chan)(chan)品(pin),利用(yong)(yong)馬豪(hao)臥式(shi)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中心(xin)對產(chan)(chan)品(pin)兩端進行加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。由于(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序較多、機床換刀(dao)較慢,每班只能(neng)生產(chan)(chan)70余(yu)(yu)件,滿(man)足不了(le)(le)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)需求。為(wei)(wei)扭轉被動(dong)局面,吳(wu)宏立(li)進行工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)攻關。該產(chan)(chan)品(pin)屬于(yu)畸形零件,如果安裝(zhuang)數控(kong)車(che)(che)(che)床上(shang)分(fen)兩道工(gong)(gong)(gong)序采用(yong)(yong)鏜孔車(che)(che)(che)槽組(zu)合刀(dao)具加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)就能(neng)提高(gao)生產(chan)(chan)效(xiao)(xiao)率,可(ke)如何裝(zhuang)夾(jia)卻(que)成了(le)(le)大難題。他把三爪卡盤擺放在電腦(nao)桌(zhuo)旁(pang),兩手拿著(zhu)轉向(xiang)柱管翻來覆(fu)去的(de)研究琢磨,憑(ping)借多年(nian)的(de)車(che)(che)(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)經驗(yan),找(zhao)到(dao)了(le)(le)裝(zhuang)夾(jia)方法(fa),設計了(le)(le)臺階式(shi)和內脹外夾(jia)式(shi)專用(yong)(yong)夾(jia)具。同時,為(wei)(wei)保(bao)證質(zhi)量(liang),設計出(chu)帶有千分(fen)表的(de)深淺量(liang)具和位置量(liang)具,成功把轉向(xiang)柱管挪到(dao)數控(kong)車(che)(che)(che)床上(shang)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),提高(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)率3倍多,解決了(le)(le)企業(ye)的(de)后顧之憂,該產(chan)(chan)品(pin)采用(yong)(yong)數控(kong)車(che)(che)(che)床加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)屬國(guo)內首創(chuang),達到(dao)行業(ye)先進制造水平,創(chuang)造效(xiao)(xiao)益426.8萬余(yu)(yu)元。

柱(zhu)塞(sai)式主缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)產(chan)量(liang)劇(ju)增,導(dao)致企業(ye)產(chan)能不足。吳(wu)宏(hong)立想(xiang)到兩臺多年退庫(ku)封存,專(zhuan)門加工小(xiao)型活(huo)塞(sai)零件的數控車床(chuang)(chuang),可(ke)轉眼又流露出(chu)一種憂慮。該機(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)主軸細,導(dao)軌行(xing)(xing)程(cheng)短,能不能使用(yong)(yong)呢?為弄個(ge)明白,他來(lai)到庫(ku)房,實地勘察一番,心里有(you)了(le)可(ke)行(xing)(xing)的措施,設(she)計(ji)小(xiao)型液壓(ya)夾(jia)具可(ke)以(yi)精(jing)加工柱(zhu)塞(sai)主缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)。方案得到領導(dao)高度重視,連夜將機(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)搬回分廠對(dui)(dui)機(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)夾(jia)具、液壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)拉桿拆卸(xie)測繪。可(ke)意想(xiang)不到的事情發生了(le),夾(jia)緊液壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)行(xing)(xing)程(cheng)只有(you)15毫米,是現使用(yong)(yong)機(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)的一半,對(dui)(dui)不同長短的主缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)安裝夾(jia)緊受到限制,怎(zen)么辦?吳(wu)宏(hong)立左(zuo)思右想(xiang),反復(fu)琢磨,終于想(xiang)出(chu)好的方法,設(she)計(ji)小(xiao)型回轉體(ti)(ti)夾(jia)具、長短不同頂尖、內孔尺寸不同的法蘭(lan)盤(pan)、以(yi)及內冷刀座、快換(huan)頂尖扳手。通(tong)過安裝調(diao)試,夾(jia)具達到行(xing)(xing)業(ye)先進制造(zao)(zao)水平,可(ke)以(yi)切換(huan)不同產(chan)品(pin)。吳(wu)宏(hong)立成功地將機(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)利用(yong)(yong)起來(lai),節約購置(zhi)設(she)備(bei)費用(yong)(yong)70多萬(wan)元,年創造(zao)(zao)效益200多萬(wan)元。

心系企業傳技藝

吳宏立(li)同(tong)志不僅(jin)善于技(ji)(ji)術創(chuang)新、解(jie)決生(sheng)產瓶頸難題(ti),同(tong)時(shi),樂傳身教。他(ta)(ta)結合生(sheng)產實(shi)際,利用(yong)(yong)班組(zu)(zu)板報(bao)向(xiang)大(da)(da)家講授加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)經驗,利用(yong)(yong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)余時(shi)間作(zuo)(zuo)PPT課件,制定(ding)學(xue)習計(ji)劃,組(zu)(zu)織員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)學(xue)習車(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術。通過考(kao)核(he),選(xuan)派選(xuan)手參加東北工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)集團(tuan)舉(ju)辦的(de)數控車(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)競(jing)賽,獲得團(tuan)體第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)名,有三名選(xuan)手分別取得前三名的(de)好成(cheng)績。他(ta)(ta)領銜的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室現有成(cheng)員(yuan)14人,在(zai)他(ta)(ta)的(de)主持(chi)下,大(da)(da)家學(xue)習氛圍濃厚,不斷開展理論(lun)與實(shi)際培訓,都已(yi)成(cheng)長為(wei)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)骨干人才,在(zai)參加技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)比賽中(zhong)多次(ci)獲獎。其中(zhong),一(yi)(yi)人參加東北工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)集團(tuan)車(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)競(jing)賽取得第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)名、吉林省(sheng)車(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)競(jing)賽取得第(di)(di)二名,一(yi)(yi)人參加長春(chun)市職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)競(jing)賽沖(chong)壓工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)取得第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)名,一(yi)(yi)人參加第(di)(di)八屆全國數控機床(chuang)裝(zhuang)調維修(xiu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)(zu)取得二等獎,為(wei)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)爭得了榮譽。
