11月15日,中國兵器工業(ye)(ye)集團江南工業(ye)(ye)集團有限公司合(he)(he)理(li)化建(jian)議(yi)信(xin)息化管(guan)(guan)理(li)系(xi)統(tong)順利完成系(xi)統(tong)安裝與調試(shi),進入試(shi)運行(xing)階段(duan)。公司以信(xin)息化系(xi)統(tong)助推(tui)公司合(he)(he)理(li)化建(jian)議(yi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)上臺階,基本實(shi)現(xian)了合(he)(he)理(li)化建(jian)議(yi)工作管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)度化,制(zhi)度流程化,流程表(biao)單化的目標要求。 為(wei)切實(shi)(shi)提高合理(li)(li)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)管(guan)理(li)(li)水平,根(gen)據(ju)集團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)《2017年(nian)度(du)合理(li)(li)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)點》和公(gong)(gong)司(si)《2017年(nian)度(du)合理(li)(li)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)計劃》,公(gong)(gong)司(si)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會于(yu)11月3日正式啟動了(le)(le)公(gong)(gong)司(si)合理(li)(li)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)信息化(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)建(jian)(jian)設。該系(xi)統(tong)設計和技(ji)術(shu)方案(an)是經集團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)推薦,在(zai)借鑒兄弟單位對原系(xi)統(tong)成(cheng)功運用(yong)的基礎上(shang),根(gen)據(ju)公(gong)(gong)司(si)現(xian)行合理(li)(li)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)管(guan)理(li)(li)制度(du),對工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)標準(zhun)、業務流程、價值認定(ding)等關鍵要(yao)素等進行了(le)(le)規范與(yu)固化(hua)。該系(xi)統(tong)較好地實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)提案(an)的在(zai)線(xian)申請(qing)及(ji)立項,在(zai)線(xian)過(guo)程管(guan)理(li)(li),在(zai)線(xian)評審(shen)的管(guan)理(li)(li)目標、以及(ji)集團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)月報的自動生成(cheng)、自動糾錯,有效(xiao)提高工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)質量和工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)效(xiao)率;利用(yong)系(xi)統(tong)形成(cheng)的數據(ju)庫功能,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)對各(ge)類人員參與(yu)合理(li)(li)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的狀態查詢(xun);利用(yong)系(xi)統(tong)信息發布(bu)欄,及(ji)時了(le)(le)解集團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)和公(gong)(gong)司(si)各(ge)單位合理(li)(li)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的開展情況,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)典型案(an)例和改(gai)善成(cheng)果交流與(yu)共享。 下(xia)階段,公司工會(hui)將依(yi)托信息(xi)化(hua)管理(li)系(xi)統(tong),以集團公司2017年合理(li)化(hua)建(jian)議(yi)工作(zuo)檢查(cha)評價(jia)為(wei)契(qi)機,以公司全價(jia)值鏈體(ti)系(xi)化(hua)精益(yi)管理(li)戰略實(shi)施為(wei)引導,大力推進系(xi)統(tong)三級管理(li)(公司、二級單位、車(che)間(jian)/科室)的(de)建(jian)設與應用,扎實(shi)有(you)效推動(dong)合理(li)化(hua)建(jian)議(yi)工作(zuo)持續深入開展。(劉宇) |
