|   近(jin)日,由(you)北(bei)方股份(fen)公司及相關單位共同完成(cheng)的“電動(dong)輪(lun)礦用車(che)(che)電驅動(dong)系(xi)統關鍵技術及整車(che)(che)集成(cheng)研制”和(he)“TR50E純電動(dong)礦用自卸車(che)(che)研制”的兩個(ge)項目參加了中(zhong)國工(gong)程機械工(gong)業協會科(ke)技成(cheng)果鑒定會。   由中國工程(cheng)院(yuan)邵安林院(yuan)士擔(dan)任組(zu)長,聯(lian)合協(xie)會、兵器推廣所、國家工程(cheng)機械質量檢(jian)驗檢(jian)測中心、同濟大學(xue)(xue)、中國礦業大學(xue)(xue)、太原科技(ji)大學(xue)(xue)等單位的(de)行業權(quan)威(wei)專(zhuan)家組(zu)成(cheng)的(de)鑒(jian)定委員(yuan)會參(can)加了現場(chang)科技(ji)成(cheng)果鑒(jian)定。   由中國(guo)兵器(qi)工(gong)業集團(tuan)首(shou)席科(ke)學家李來(lai)平等人組(zu)成的項(xiang)目組(zu)現(xian)場進(jin)行(xing)了匯(hui)報和答疑。專家經過聽取匯(hui)報、審查相關資料、質詢和討論,鑒定委員(yuan)會認為,兩個(ge)項(xiang)目創新(xin)性強,技術難度大,具有自主知識(shi)產權,整體技術達(da)到國(guo)際(ji)先(xian)進(jin)水平,部分(fen)指標國(guo)際(ji)領先(xian)。   電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)輪礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)用(yong)車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)關鍵技術及整車(che)集成研制(zhi)(zhi)開發了(le)(le)100—400噸級電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)輪礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)用(yong)車(che)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),突(tu)破了(le)(le)整車(che)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力匹(pi)配及控制(zhi)(zhi)方法(fa),實現(xian)了(le)(le)全(quan)交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)國產自主可控;發明(ming)了(le)(le)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)用(yong)車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及其使用(yong)方法(fa)、無人駕駛礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)用(yong)自卸(xie)車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置及其制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方法(fa),提高(gao)了(le)(le)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)安全(quan)性等;TR50E純(chun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)用(yong)車(che)優化(hua)了(le)(le)純(chun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)用(yong)自卸(xie)車(che)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)控制(zhi)(zhi)策略(lve),解決了(le)(le)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)出現(xian)的拖動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)現(xian)象,提高(gao)了(le)(le)濕滑路(lu)面的附著能力和坡道行駛安全(quan)性;開發了(le)(le)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)定時加熱系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),實現(xian)了(le)(le)純(chun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)用(yong)自卸(xie)車(che)在(zai)寒冷環境(jing)即時啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。   作(zuo)為中國礦(kuang)(kuang)車(che)龍頭企(qi)業之一(yi),近年來,北方(fang)股(gu)份(fen)公(gong)司為了(le)滿足綠色(se)生態礦(kuang)(kuang)山(shan)建設要求,致(zhi)力(li)(li)于推(tui)進綠色(se)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)(fa)展,推(tui)動礦(kuang)(kuang)用車(che)動力(li)(li)多元化(hua)(hua),成功研發(fa)(fa)了(le)雙能源(yuan)(架線(xian))動力(li)(li)礦(kuang)(kuang)用車(che)、混合動力(li)(li)(油電(dian)混動、氫(qing)燃料電(dian)池(chi)-動力(li)(li)電(dian)池(chi)混動)礦(kuang)(kuang)用車(che)和純電(dian)動礦(kuang)(kuang)用車(che),為行(xing)業綠色(se)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)(fa)展作(zuo)出(chu)(chu)了(le)突出(chu)(chu)的貢獻。(記者 格日勒(le)圖 實習(xi)生 馬蘭(lan) 王曉婷) |
