基于GJB9001C標準推行(xing)的過(guo)程(cheng)方(fang)法、PDCA循環和(he)風險(xian)思維的“三位一體”核(he)心(xin)(xin)理念(nian),公司探索(suo)構建(jian)(jian)了(le)基于過(guo)程(cheng)能力提(ti)升的“1+60+(449+88)+N”全流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)質量管(guan)(guan)理體系(xi),重點(dian)解(jie)決過(guo)程(cheng)職(zhi)責不清、管(guan)(guan)理過(guo)程(cheng)無(wu)目標、過(guo)程(cheng)有效性無(wu)評價的問(wen)(wen)題,改善程(cheng)序文件粗(cu)放(fang)、不落(luo)地(di)、操作(zuo)性差(cha)等問(wen)(wen)題。去年十月份以來(lai),公司又以新時代裝備建(jian)(jian)設質量管(guan)(guan)理體系(xi)(NQMS)試(shi)點(dian)建(jian)(jian)設為(wei)契機,主動作(zuo)為(wei),全面梳(shu)理運營(ying)管(guan)(guan)理現狀,對標行(xing)業內外優秀企業進行(xing)審(shen)視診斷(duan),以問(wen)(wen)題為(wei)牽引,以痛(tong)點(dian)、難點(dian)、堵點(dian)為(wei)突破口(kou),最(zui)大限度(du)地(di)消除管(guan)(guan)理“短板”,清“瘀點(dian)”、通(tong)“堵點(dian)”、解(jie)“痛(tong)點(dian)”,從局(ju)部(bu)優化到全局(ju)最(zui)優,實(shi)現跨部(bu)門職(zhi)能橫(heng)向聯合(he)、跨業務(wu)縱向貫通(tong)的網(wang)絡化系(xi)統(tong)管(guan)(guan)理。按照“自上而下(xia)、系(xi)統(tong)推進,自下(xia)而上、重點(dian)突破”工(gong)作(zuo)方(fang)式,圍繞“管(guan)(guan)理制度(du)化,制度(du)流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)化,流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)表單(dan)(dan)化,表單(dan)(dan)信息化”工(gong)作(zuo)目標,加快構建(jian)(jian)一個以流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)體系(xi)為(wei)核(he)心(xin)(xin)、以IT為(wei)支撐的正向、增(zeng)值的體系(xi),提(ti)高公司的體系(xi)化管(guan)(guan)理能力。
