近日(ri),在中國(guo)(guo)兵器(qi)工(gong)業集(ji)團(tuan)武(wu)(wu)漢重型機床集(ji)團(tuan)有限公(gong)司生產裝配現場(chang),數(shu)字化(hua)專用系統(tong)項目(mu)暨(ji)黨員工(gong)程啟動儀(yi)式如期(qi)舉行,這是中國(guo)(guo)兵器(qi)工(gong)業集(ji)團(tuan)有限公(gong)司武(wu)(wu)重集(ji)團(tuan)與(yu)中國(guo)(guo)船舶(bo)集(ji)團(tuan)子集(ji)團(tuan)強強聯手(shou),跨區域、跨領(ling)域合作打造(zao)的(de)國(guo)(guo)內首臺套(tao)大型高端智能(neng)裝備,標志著武(wu)(wu)重集(ji)團(tuan)在船舶(bo)工(gong)業領(ling)域由(you)傳統(tong)的(de)數(shu)控機床轉型升級(ji)為數(shu)字化(hua)智能(neng)系統(tong),為該集(ji)團(tuan)打造(zao)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)一流船舶(bo)基(ji)地提(ti)供助力。 長期以來,國(guo)(guo)家(jia)船(chuan)舶(bo)與配(pei)套裝備(bei)制造端的(de)突出矛盾是限制船(chuan)舶(bo)工(gong)(gong)業趕超先進(jin)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)的(de)重(zhong)要制約因素,船(chuan)舶(bo)工(gong)(gong)業新一(yi)輪跨越式發展迫切(qie)需要一(yi)大批國(guo)(guo)內高端加(jia)工(gong)(gong)設備(bei),船(chuan)用機床設備(bei)的(de)本土化、高端化水平對船(chuan)舶(bo)工(gong)(gong)業的(de)發展至關重(zhong)要,武(wu)重(zhong)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)的(de)數字化專用系統(tong)項目(mu)正是解決這“矛盾”的(de)重(zhong)型(xing)裝備(bei),為該集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)解決有關“瓶頸”問題(ti)而量身(shen)打造。武(wu)重(zhong)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)堅(jian)持自主(zhu)創新,立足發展高端裝備(bei)、短板裝備(bei)、智能(neng)裝備(bei),致力于將船(chuan)舶(bo)海(hai)工(gong)(gong)裝備(bei)提升(sheng)至國(guo)(guo)際先進(jin)水平。 此次(ci)雙(shuang)(shuang)方合(he)作(zuo)研(yan)制(zhi)的數字化專用系(xi)統(tong)(tong)是(shi)國(guo)內首臺(tai)套(tao)大(da)(da)型(xing)高(gao)端智能(neng)裝(zhuang)備(bei),由武(wu)重(zhong)集團自主研(yan)發(fa)和裝(zhuang)配制(zhi)造。該裝(zhuang)備(bei)可(ke)實(shi)現最大(da)(da)重(zhong)量400噸、最大(da)(da)高(gao)度(du)11500mm、直徑范(fan)圍(wei)φ5000mm—φ14000mm的超大(da)(da)圓柱(zhu)體、正(zheng)/斜圓錐體及半球形工(gong)件(jian)表面的孔(kong)、孔(kong)口及坡(po)口的粗精加(jia)工(gong)。該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)由兩(liang)套(tao)主機動(dong)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)和兩(liang)臺(tai)高(gao)精度(du)環形回轉分(fen)度(du)工(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)組成(cheng),采用雙(shuang)(shuang)立柱(zhu)、雙(shuang)(shuang)主軸箱、雙(shuang)(shuang)滑枕(zhen)結(jie)構,可(ke)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提(ti)升加(jia)工(gong)效率,是(shi)集掃碼(ma)通(tong)訊、零件(jian)加(jia)工(gong)、智能(neng)工(gong)裝(zhuang)、物料傳送等(deng)多(duo)項(xiang)功(gong)能(neng)于一體的智能(neng)化系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。該項(xiang)目的研(yan)發(fa),將為武(wu)重(zhong)集團大(da)(da)舉進軍大(da)(da)型(xing)化、高(gao)技(ji)術(shu)、高(gao)附(fu)加(jia)值船舶建造領域奠定堅(jian)實(shi)的基礎。
