近期(qi),中國兵器工業(ye)集(ji)團(tuan)北化(hua)研究院(yuan)集(ji)團(tuan)甘肅銀光化(hua)學(xue)工業(ye)集(ji)團(tuan)有限公司(si)三泰公司(si)芒硝技術改造項目通過(guo)72小時性(xing)能考核,芒硝廢(fei)料成功升級為元(yuan)明粉產品,變廢(fei)為寶,年可增(zeng)效400萬元(yuan),這(zhe)是企業(ye)將(jiang)技術創(chuang)新作為開源節(jie)流、降本增(zeng)效內(nei)在引擎取得(de)的又一成果。   今年以來(lai),面對嚴酷的市場競爭,作為國內首條應用智能機械臂的氯(lv)堿生產線,銀(yin)光(guang)集團三泰(tai)公司把節本降(jiang)耗融入生產經營全過程,引導員工深化(hua)技措(cuo)、技改,群策群力推動企業提質增效。   三(san)泰公司(si)對年(nian)(nian)(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)15萬噸(dun)氯(lv)(lv)化(hua)氫合成(cheng)裝置進(jin)行改造(zao),采用全自動控制,遠程(cheng)(cheng)監(jian)測火焰,進(jin)一(yi)步擴大(da)氯(lv)(lv)化(hua)氫產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng),預(yu)計(ji)全年(nian)(nian)(nian)節創750萬元。實施(shi)氯(lv)(lv)化(hua)氫系統優化(hua)改造(zao)和合成(cheng)爐自動化(hua)技術(shu)改造(zao),提(ti)升(sheng)氯(lv)(lv)化(hua)氫生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力,充分釋放氯(lv)(lv)堿生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng),降低生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)成(cheng)本(ben),副產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)蒸汽(qi)由(you)每天(tian)25噸(dun)提(ti)高(gao)到(dao)55噸(dun),年(nian)(nian)(nian)節約蒸汽(qi)費用200萬元以上。開展(zhan)氯(lv)(lv)氣系統水霧(wu)(wu)捕(bu)集(ji)器和酸霧(wu)(wu)捕(bu)集(ji)器優化(hua)改造(zao),提(ti)升(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)穩(wen)定性,氯(lv)(lv)氣年(nian)(nian)(nian)處理能(neng)(neng)(neng)力由(you)9萬噸(dun)提(ti)升(sheng)至12.8萬噸(dun),滿足TDI產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業鏈高(gao)負荷(he)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)用氯(lv)(lv)需求。三(san)泰公司(si)以綠(lv)(lv)色技術(shu)創新推(tui)進(jin)綠(lv)(lv)色發展(zhan),采用機械蒸汽(qi)再壓縮工(gong)藝,將芒硝廢料升(sheng)級為元明粉(fen)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品,消除固廢在貯存過程(cheng)(cheng)中的環保風險,節約固廢處理成(cheng)本(ben),實現經濟效益和生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)環境效益雙贏(ying)目標(biao)。   該公司(si)鼓勵(li)員工(gong)(gong)樹(shu)立(li)“處處皆可降本(ben)”的理念,立(li)足崗位(wei)多出“金點子”。廣大員工(gong)(gong)從節(jie)(jie)約(yue)一度電(dian)、一滴水(shui)、一張紙做起,深(shen)挖(wa)內潛,以小創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)、小改造實現大收(shou)益(yi),力爭噸堿成本(ben)在現有(you)基礎上再降低(di)100元。他們持(chi)續挖(wa)掘(jue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)、成本(ben)控(kong)制方面的改善點,針對(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線兩(liang)套螯(ao)合(he)樹(shu)脂塔再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)過(guo)程消耗大量純(chun)(chun)水(shui)、鹽酸、燒堿的狀(zhuang)況(kuang),在保證二(er)次鹽水(shui)質(zhi)量的情況(kuang)下,延長(chang)新(xin)(xin)、老(lao)樹(shu)脂塔再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)周期,近(jin)兩(liang)個月節(jie)(jie)創(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)益(yi)2.7萬(wan)余元。他們對(dui)片(pian)(pian)堿工(gong)(gong)序蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)冷凝液進行(xing)全面分析,集納智慧(hui)將鹽酸合(he)成工(gong)(gong)序鍋爐給水(shui)槽由玻璃鋼(gang)(gang)材(cai)質(zhi)改造為304不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)材(cai)質(zhi),并敷設(she)管線,將片(pian)(pian)堿工(gong)(gong)序產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的中壓(ya)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)冷液用于鹽酸合(he)成爐副(fu)產(chan)(chan)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi),減少工(gong)(gong)業(ye)純(chun)(chun)水(shui)用量,年節(jie)(jie)創(chuang)(chuang)63萬(wan)元。將片(pian)(pian)堿生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線原設(she)計使用蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)防止管道結晶工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)改為通過(guo)提高堿液瞬間流(liu)量防止結晶,每小時可節(jie)(jie)約(yue)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)0.2噸,有(you)效(xiao)降低(di)片(pian)(pian)堿生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)成本(ben),提升生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)效(xiao)率。(譚順蘭 劉立(li)鵬)   |
