聯(lian)盟(meng)攻(gong)關,系(xi)統(tong)推(tui)進(jin)。針對(dui)產(chan)品(pin)零件(jian)重(zhong)量符號不連(lian)續(xu)、散差(cha)大而造成的(de)問(wen)題(ti),工(gong)(gong)作室之間形(xing)成聯(lian)盟(meng)合力攻(gong)關,通過分析問(wen)題(ti)、集中研(yan)討,落實零件(jian)容積測(ce)量及(ji)重(zhong)量分級專(zhuan)項(xiang)改善項(xiang)目,制定實施(shi)方案(an),明確了(le)目標設定和主要措施(shi)與實施(shi)計劃,系(xi)統(tong)解決產(chan)品(pin)裝配、組批(pi)過程中存在的(de)問(wen)題(ti)。目前(qian)已依據加(jia)工(gong)(gong)流程定置測(ce)試儀(yi),明確了(le)匹配的(de)數控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang),同(tong)時對(dui)現有機(ji)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)藝進(jin)行(xing)針對(dui)性優化(hua)并完(wan)成了(le)前(qian)期工(gong)(gong)藝審核。
破解瓶頸,打(da)通堵(du)點。工(gong)(gong)作室針對某曲(qu)線回轉(zhuan)體(ti)薄壁工(gong)(gong)件原工(gong)(gong)藝分8次沖四(si)個小孔(kong)(kong)(kong)和4個方(fang)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)中,位置度不佳、生產(chan)效率低的問(wen)題,提出了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)套帶導(dao)(dao)柱、導(dao)(dao)套,利(li)用(yong)(yong)斜楔(xie)結構沖孔(kong)(kong)(kong)模具的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)案,經過與設備操作人員進行(xing)溝通、協商,一(yi)(yi)邊(bian)改進、一(yi)(yi)邊(bian)修理,逐步(bu)解決(jue)了(le)(le)試制過程中存在的問(wen)題,實現了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)次沖8個孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)法,成(cheng)功運(yun)用(yong)(yong)于產(chan)品(pin)批量生產(chan),減少了(le)(le)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)序(xu),降低了(le)(le)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)成(cheng)本,生產(chan)效率提高(gao)了(le)(le)4倍。
技術(shu)下(xia)沉,精(jing)準發(fa)(fa)力。根據生(sheng)產總(zong)裝的(de)需求(qiu),工(gong)作室精(jing)準發(fa)(fa)力,專門派駐工(gong)作室成員到裝配一線提供(gong)技術(shu)支持。面對時間緊、任務重的(de)情況,提高單(dan)人(ren)裝配效率(lv),解放(fang)出一個(ge)勞動生(sheng)產力,這無疑對生(sheng)產小組(zu)是一個(ge)不小的(de)幫助(zhu)。工(gong)作室成員結合工(gong)作經驗(yan),與技術(shu)人(ren)員不斷的(de)溝通,并反復摸底驗(yan)證(zheng),最終(zhong)制(zhi)作出新的(de)工(gong)裝,減少了一名(ming)操作工(gong),降低人(ren)工(gong)成本,效率(lv)提高了3倍。
