  突出企業文化建設的系統性

  健全組織體系(xi)(xi)(xi)。公(gong)司成立(li)了以董事(shi)長(chang)、黨委書(shu)記為組長(chang)的企(qi)(qi)業文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建(jian)設(she)領導小組和(he)以職能(neng)部(bu)(bu)門(men)為主的企(qi)(qi)業文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建(jian)設(she)辦公(gong)室(shi),組建(jian)了100余人的企(qi)(qi)業文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)聯(lian)絡員隊伍(wu)。通過一(yi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)列的調(diao)整和(he)建(jian)設(she),形(xing)成了公(gong)司領導決策設(she)計、企(qi)(qi)業文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)主管部(bu)(bu)門(men)負(fu)責組織、各職能(neng)部(bu)(bu)門(men)分(fen)工落實、員工廣泛參與(yu)的企(qi)(qi)業文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)工作(zuo)體系(xi)(xi)(xi)和(he)上下互動、相互協調(diao)的長(chang)效管理機(ji)制,為企(qi)(qi)業文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建(jian)設(she)工作(zuo)順(shun)利(li)推進提供了保(bao)障(zhang)。

  融(rong)入規章(zhang)制(zhi)度。公司(si)以集團公司(si)價值理(li)念(nian)和公司(si)文化為導向,圍繞提高運營效率和優化運行機制(zhi),制(zhi)訂(ding)了戰略投資、科研(yan)技(ji)術、生(sheng)產經營、質量安全(quan)、人力資源、監(jian)察審計(ji)、財務管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、行政管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、黨建與(yu)企業文化等200多項管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)度,同時將(jiang)文化理(li)念(nian)與(yu)制(zhi)度對接,對130多項制(zhi)度進行了修訂(ding)和完善,實現(xian)了文化與(yu)制(zhi)度統一。
